Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of quantitative research methods and survey data interpretation.
• Experience with statistical modelling, weighting, imputation, and regression.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences.
• Degree in mathematics, statistics, or related data analysis field.
• Experience with SPSS, Stata, R, Python; Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret data from internal surveys and external datasets.
• Apply statistical methods to support policy and strategic decisions.
