Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in Python and version control using Git.
• Proficiency in deep learning frameworks like PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow.
• Experience in large-scale distributed training for LLMs and VLMs.
• Hands-on experience with LLM training, alignment, and reinforcement learning.
• Knowledge of multimodal architectures and relevant applications.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• A genuine passion for AI and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop and train advanced LLMs and VLMs with multimodal architectures.
• Research and implement optimal training methods for AI models.
• Design and optimize data pipelines for distributed training.
