Qualifications

• Degree or PhD in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry or related discipline.
• Experience with chromatographic or spectroscopic techniques (HPLC, NMR).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct experiments investigating host-guest inclusion complexes.
• Analyse antibiotic stability and degradation using HPLC, NMR spectroscopy and other analytical methods.
• Interpret analytical data to understand relationships between molecular inclusion and diagnostic performance.
• Collaborate with LJMU and Mast Group Ltd. researchers and prepare reports for conferences.
