Job summary

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in microbial upstream operations (e.g., shake flasks, bioreactors/fermenters, media/feed prep, aseptic technique).
  • Familiarity with process development workflows, data recording, and documentation to quality standards.
  • Working knowledge of cGMP principles and strong EHS mindset.
  • Clear, concise communication skills; ability to collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams and present results.
  • Experience supporting tech transfer between development and manufacturing or across sites.

Job Title: Research ScientistLocation: Billingham UKJoin our Process Development organization and help develop, evaluate, and characterize upstream microbial processes that enable life-changing biotherapeutics.
