Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Research Manager or Senior Research Manager to lead bespoke quantitative projects (with some qualitative aspects), from proposal through to presentation.

This role offers a very competitive salary plus bonus, with a hybrid working model requiring 2 days/week in the Thames Valley office.

Are you a quant researcher passionate about transforming complex data into compelling, story-driven insights? Do you want to work on high-impact B2B projects with leading tech companies?

You will work closely with well-known tech brands on thought leadership, brand, and ad testing studies, focusing solely on ad hoc projects—no trackers involved.

Responsibilities include:

• Owning the end-to-end delivery of research projects
• Leading proposal writing, questionnaire design, and fieldwork setup
• Collaborating with clients to uncover meaningful insights
• Presenting findings clearly and confidently
• Working with in-house operations (excluding scripting or data processing)

Candidate requirements:

• Solid experience in a market research agency (B2B experience is a plus). Agency and client-side experience are both acceptable, especially if relevant to the sector.
• Comfortable leading client calls and crafting compelling narratives
• Proficient with tools like Excel and PowerPoint; interest in AI tools is a bonus
• Consultative mindset and storytelling skills
• Ability to thrive in a tight-knit team of 13 within a larger company of 30+
