Quantitative Research Manager – Strategy, Insight & Innovation

We’re working with a brilliant independent consultancy that blends strategic thinking with deep research expertise to help leading brands make smarter decisions. They work across all things consumer and b2b including tech, retail, finance, and media – and are known for asking better questions, challenging assumptions, and delivering work that makes a real impact.

They’re now looking for an experienced Quant Research Manager to join the team. This isn’t a production-line quant job. It’s about delivering commercially sharp, methodologically sound work that plays into brand strategy, innovation, and growth.

The Role:

You’ll lead end-to-end projects – from shaping proposals through to insight delivery. You’ll collaborate with a broader team of qualitative, cultural, and behavioural experts, helping to connect the dots and deliver clear, compelling stories to clients. There’s plenty of scope to get involved in thinking beyond the brief – whether that’s refining internal ways of working or contributing to broader strategic conversations with clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing and leading strategic quant projects for high-profile clients
• Collaborating across disciplines to deliver joined-up thinking
• Working on briefs around brand, innovation, and customer strategy
• Supporting and developing junior team members
• Playing an active role in refining and evolving quant thinking within the business

What They’re Looking For:

A confident quant researcher with strong project management skills, a good grasp of commercial context, and a desire to do work that goes beyond the obvious. Experience working directly with clients, delivering impactful insights, and crucially, a background in an agency or consultancy environment.
