Your role:
At Wesleyan, we are dedicated to putting customers at the heart of what we do. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Research Manager to join our dynamic team. If you have a knack for uncovering valuable insights and influencing strategic decisions, this role is perfect for you!
As a Research Manager, you will be at the forefront of our market research efforts, responsible for both ongoing and ad-hoc research activities. Your insights will shape key initiatives across the group, including proposition development, customer experience, and strategy. You will manage research projects from start to finish, ensuring that actionable insights are delivered clearly and concisely, influencing decisions at all levels of the organisation.
The Insight Team’s mission is to ensure the voice of the customer is heard throughout the business, enabling better, more informed decisions to be made.
You will be required to deliver high quality in-house primary research, using our existing online research platform, as well as effectively managing third-party research suppliers. You will also be required to provide market and competitor insight, delivered primarily through secondary desk research.
