Operating globally, they have helped mobilize millions of pounds for lasting social impact. By partnering with government bodies, charities, and investors, they lead transformative, data-driven initiatives that make public services more inclusive and effective—empowering individuals, supporting children and families, and helping people into meaningful work.

Position

They are looking for a Research Lead to join their team. This is a hybrid role based in London, with some UK travel expected.

Key Duties
  1. Assess and determine which research projects to carry out, utilizing a variety of quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
  2. Apply research findings to improve the output and delivery of the program.
  3. Analyze data trends, create impact reports, and support evidence-based improvements to placement delivery.
  4. Engage stakeholders, share insights, and lead innovation projects to expand and strengthen implementation.
Skills & Experience
  • Well-versed in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
  • Experience working within the social research sector, ideally with vulnerable groups and young people.
  • Agency and client-side research experience preferred, with a mix of both considered.
  • Proven track record in delivering high-quality research programs and identifying research needs to inform business decisions.
  • Deep commitment to evidence-based practice and applying research to improve frontline service delivery.
