Operating globally, they have helped mobilise millions of pounds for lasting social impact. By partnering with government bodies, charities, and investors, they lead transformative, data-driven initiatives that make public services more inclusive and effective—empowering individuals, supporting children and families, and helping people into meaningful work.

Role and Location

They are looking for a Research Lead to join their team. This is a hybrid role based in London, with some UK travel expected.

KEY DUTIES
  1. Assessing and determining research projects, utilizing a variety of quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
  2. Applying research to improve the output and delivery of the programme.
  3. Analyzing data trends, creating impact reports, and supporting evidence-based improvements to placement delivery.
  4. Engaging stakeholders, sharing insights, and leading innovation projects to expand and strengthen implementation.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Well-versed in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
  • Experience within the social research sector, preferably with vulnerable groups and young people.
  • Experience in both agency and client-side research is preferred.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality research programmes and determine appropriate research needs.
  • Deep commitment to evidence-based practice and applying research to frontline service delivery.
