• Provide strategic leadership for the University’s research impact agenda, developing and implementing approaches that improve impact generation, capture and demonstration.
• Coordinate evidence and indicators to understand and demonstrate research quality, vitality and sustainability.
• Lead preparation and delivery for the Research Excellence Framework (REF) submission within required timescales.
• Translate national research policy requirements into institutional policies, processes and guidance.
