Responsibilities

• Manage the research governance for a portfolio of non-sponsored studies across a number of specialties within the Trust.
• Manage the review process of amendments to approved research studies.
• Manage research passport applications within the Trust.
• Take a leading role on the amendments process, reviewing amendments and independently determining if changes affect governance.
• Provide training to researchers on the research approval/amendment process, explaining requirements of the Research Governance Framework.
