We are seeking a Research Fellow (Mental Health) to support a 30-month research project exploring incidents and staffing on adult acute mental health wards: the #StaffedWards project. The School of Healthcare brings together a community of dynamic applied health and social care researchers committed to making a positive difference in the lives of service users and providers, including contributing to research-led education.
The Quality and Safety research theme is interdisciplinary, undertaking high-quality applied research to improve the quality and safety of health and care services. Our research addresses questions relevant to communities, patients, families, professionals, organizations, educators, and policymakers.
