Job summary

ElevenLabs is a remote-friendly AI research and product company focusing on data infrastructure for frontier models. We are hiring a Research Engineer to own data pipelines, training components, and data curation strategies that powers our state-of-the-art AI systems.

You will build scalable pipelines, train classifiers and labeling models, and create tooling to help researchers explore massive datasets efficiently and reliably.

Qualifications

• Experience building data-intensive systems for ML training pipelines.
• Strong distributed data processing skills, with Kubernetes or custom pipelines.
• Ability to measure data quality and its impact on model outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build large-scale data pipelines for collecting, processing, and transforming training data.
• Train models used in data processing pipelines, such as classifiers and quality filters.
• Design data curation strategies to improve model performance.
• Create tooling and infrastructure for researchers to explore massive datasets quickly and reliably.
