Located in our Fragrance S&T Department within the Health & Well-Being Centre of Excellence, our neuroscience team is an essential part of Givaudan’s global business, supporting teams across all categories. In the role of Research Associate – Neuroscience, you will work as part of a multi-functional team applying scientific knowledge and findings within an exciting industry. Situated within an industry-leading facility, you will support research and knowledge around Fragrances, Health and Well-Being, and Olfactory Perception.
The successful candidate will contribute to our neuroscience research portfolio, employing a range of neuroscience and psychological techniques.
BSc and MSc in Neuroscience /Psychology/Cognitive Science/or related disciplines
Familiarity or experience using neuroimaging methods (e.g., EEG, fMRI, or similar).
Hands-on experience with MATLAB or Python for neuroimaging data analysis would be advantageous.
Understanding of research methodologies and associated statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R).
Experience of working in a research environment (e.g., research assistant) would be advantageous.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and effectively as part of a team.
Experience with the fragrance industry is desirable, but not essential.
