Qualifications

• PhD in chemical or process engineering (or nearing completion) and hands-on lab or pilot experience.
• Strong fundamentals in chemical/process engineering and safety.
• Ability to interpret data and design experiments for scale-up.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead development and de-risking of the integrated pilot.
• Design experiments, specify equipment, and support scale-up decisions.
• Develop mass and energy balances and process flow diagrams (P&IDs).
• Collaborate with the founder, researchers, PhD students, and industrial partners.
• Communicate technical plans to technical and commercial audiences.
