Job summary

Imperial College London seeks a Research Assistant to support multiomics data analysis within the DISCOVER ME project at the Department of Metabolism, Digestion and Reproduction. The post is based at Imperial and focuses on computational analysis and pipeline deployment.

You will analyze transcriptomics and metabolomics data, run scRNA-seq and network propagation pipelines on high performance computing environments, and contribute to reports and potential publications.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in computational or systems biology is essential.
• Demonstrable expertise in single-cell RNA-seq analysis.
• Experience with causal network propagation models.

Responsibilities

• Analyze transcriptomics and metabolomics data from the DISCOVER ME cohort.
• Run single-cell RNA-seq and network propagation pipelines on HPC environments.
• Code maintenance and documentation of pipelines.
• Assist with writing reports, presenting findings, and publications.
