Offer Description

We are seeking a research assistant with a background in computing to develop AI models for image reconstruction from data from our ultra-thin fibre-based spatial frequency domain imaging device (SFDI) and also from our custom-built photoplethysmography (PPG) sensor.

Applicant should have experience in time-series processing with appropriate AI models (recurrent networks, LSTM) and experience in 2D convolutional neural networks in Python.

Responsibilities
  • Develop AI models for image reconstruction from data from the ultra-thin fibre-based SFDI device and from the custom-built PPG sensor.
  • Apply time-series processing with AI models (recurrent networks, LSTM) and 2D convolutional neural networks in Python.
Qualifications
  • Background in computing.
  • Experience in time-series processing with AI models (recurrent networks, LSTM) and 2D CNNs in Python.
  • Prior experience with medical imaging data and Python coding is required.
  • Suitable for a Ph.D. student with relevant technical skills.
