Job summary

The Leverhulme Centre for the Future of Intelligence (CFI) at the University of Cambridge invites applications for a fixed-term Research Assistant (12 months) to support the CAPAIBLE laboratory. You will join the Kinds of Intelligence team, working with an interdisciplinary group across CS, AI and cognitive science.

Applicants should have an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline, and demonstrate proactive, highly organised working style along with strong communication

Qualifications

• Applicants should have, or be close to obtaining, an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Experience in a research environment is desirable.
• Familiarity with AI or cognitive science is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day activities of CAPAIBLE and help the laboratory run smoothly.
• Coordinate meetings and manage communications with internal and external partners.
• Assist with grant reporting and public engagement activities.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team across CS, AI and cognitive science.
