Job Description:

Research and Development Scientist – Inorganic Products

Our Staffordshire-based client develops a range of inorganic products. They are currently recruiting for an R&D Scientist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working on various projects, including raw material processing, product development, customer support, and product evaluation.

This is a hands-on role. Additional duties include:

  • Collaborating with the technical team to develop new approaches and products for applications and development purposes.
  • Participating actively in scale-up, technical support, and problem-solving exercises.
  • Documenting procedures related to laboratory and development activities accurately.
  • Ensuring all activities comply with quality and health & safety standards.

Applicants should have a BSc in Chemistry, Materials Science, or Engineering, along with relevant skills and experience.
