Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Research Administrator to join its supportive research team in Stoke-on-Trent. The role supports studies across mental health, physical health and vaccines, with duties including data handling and the creation of study packs for patients.

You will work within an established admin team alongside Research Nurses, Clinical Research Practitioners and Data Managers, ensuring high-quality research delivery and confidentiality.

Formación

• Experience using Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with inpatient management systems (RiO, Diamond, IPortal).
• Ability to work within a team environment and contribute to team development.
• Experience setting up office/administrative systems.

Responsabilidades

• Duties will include activity tracking, data inputting, clinic preparation support and research documentation maintenance.
• Organise meetings (in person and online), take and distribute minutes, handle procurement, rota management and communications.
