Job summary

Together Housing Group is seeking a Resales & Staircasing Progressor in Wakefield. You will manage the progression of shared ownership resales, staircasing and related transactions from instruction through to completion.

You will work with customers, solicitors and advisers, ensuring compliance and smooth progress while keeping stakeholders informed and maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-focused administration or sales progression.
• Excellent administration, organisation and time management with accuracy.
• Experience communicating with customers and external stakeholders to progress cases.
• Ability to manage workload, prioritise demands and drive tasks to completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage administration and progression of shared ownership resales and related property transactions.
• Coordinate cases from instruction to completion, ensuring timely progress.
• Ensure transactions comply with lease, funding and policy requirements.
• Build relationships with customers, solicitors, agents, advisers and internal teams.
• Provide clear updates and excellent customer service throughout the process.
• Prioritise sales pipeline and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate notes, records and audit trails.
• Support audits with precise transaction records and compliance evidence.
• Collaborate with Sales, Development, Finance and Home Ownership to deliver joined-up service.
