Job summary

Cavendish Nuclear is recruiting a Reporting Manager for the Hinkley Point C project in Somerset. The role leads weekly and monthly performance reporting, coordinating inputs across the MEH Alliance team to deliver integrated insights.

You will develop dashboards covering schedule, cost, progress and risk, and drive standardisation and digital reporting to improve decision making. Flexible arrangements available.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Engineering or Project Management.
• Strong experience producing performance reports, dashboards and management information for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production of accurate, integrated weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Analyse trends, variances and KPIs to identify risks, opportunities and forecast impacts.
• Coordinate reporting inputs across delivery teams, functions and alliance partners.
• Develop integrated dashboards covering schedule, cost, progress, productivity, risk and change metrics.
• Improve reporting effectiveness through standardisation, automation and digital reporting tools.
