Job summary

Cavendish Nuclear at Hinkley Point C, Bridgwater, Somerset, is seeking a Reporting Manager to lead the delivery of accurate weekly and monthly performance reporting across a major clean energy programme.

You will analyse trends, coordinate inputs across delivery teams and develop integrated dashboards for schedule, cost, progress and risk, with a focus on automation and standardisation. Permanent, 37 hours/week.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering or Project Management.
  • Extensive experience in project controls or reporting environments.
  • Proven ability to produce dashboards and MI for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead production of accurate weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Analyse trends, variances and KPIs; identify risks and opportunities.
  • Coordinate reporting inputs across delivery teams and alliance partners.
  • Develop dashboards covering schedule, cost, progress, productivity, risk and change.
  • Improve reporting via standardisation, automation and digital tools.

The role

As a Reporting Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of accurate, timely and insight-driven performance reporting across a major clean energy programme.

This is a permanent role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, based at Hinkley Point C, Bridgwater, Somerset. Flexible working arrangements are available.

Day-to-day, you’ll be required to:
  • Leading the production of accurate, integrated weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Analysing trends, variances and key performance indicators to identify risks, opportunities and forecast impacts.
  • Coordinating reporting inputs across delivery teams, functions and alliance partners.
  • Developing integrated dashboards covering schedule, cost, progress, productivity, risk and change metrics.
  • Improving reporting effectiveness through standardisation, automation and digital reporting tools.
Essential Experience Of The Reporting Manager
  • Extensive experience within project controls, programme controls or project reporting environments.
  • Strong experience producing performance reports, dashboards and management information for senior stakeholders.
  • Experience using project controls toolsets, including performance analysis, variance reporting, trend analysis and change control management.
  • Experience working with enterprise project controls systems and reporting platforms.
  • Full project lifecycle experience from project initiation through to completion.
Qualifications For The Reporting Manager
  • Degree qualified in Engineering or Project Management.
Security Clearance
