About the Role
We are seeking a Reporting & Analytics Specialist with strong analytical skills and a passion for turning data into actionable insights. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing reporting systems across multiple platforms, including Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Looker Studio, BigQuery, and Excel. Your expertise will ensure accurate tracking, insightful reporting, and data-driven decision-making for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Tracking & Implementation
·Set up, manage, and optimise Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
·Configure event tracking, goal tracking, and conversion tracking to meet client reporting needs
·Troubleshoot and debug tracking issues using DevTools & debugging tools
Data Analysis & Reporting
·Develop and maintain Looker Studio dashboards and other reporting tools
·Analyse data, uncover trends, and generate strategic recommendations
·Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal teams and clients
·Assist in automating and improving reporting processes using bespoke reporting systems
·Work closely with marketing teams to align reporting with business objectives
·Integrate GA4 with Google Ads, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insights, BigQuery, and Looker Studio
·Ensure compliance with GDPR and other data privacy regulations
·Conduct website analytics audits and provide actionable insights for improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications
·Proven experience in Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
·Strong knowledge of tracking implementation & debugging tools
·Experience with Google BigQuery, SQL, and data visualisation tools (e.g. LookerStudio)
·Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, macros, advanced formulas, basic SQL)
·Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and data-driven decision-making
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Nice-to-Have Skills
·Experience with server-side tagging
·Knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, Social Media, etc.)
·Fluency in multiple languages
