Talk Staff Group is seeking an experienced Reporting Analyst to turn business data into actionable insights. You will work across systems, developing and refining reporting solutions and translating stakeholder needs into clear, effective reports.

This role focuses on identifying trends and providing recommendations to support operational and commercial decisions. Hybrid work, competitive salary up to £40k DOE, and a strong benefits package are on offer.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in data analytics, business, finance, mathematics, statistics or related field.
• Experience in reporting, data analysis or service-led environment.
• Experience producing business reports and analysing data in a commercial or fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and Power BI or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to interpret complex information and communicate clearly.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive approach to question information and identify improvements.

Our client is looking for an experienced Reporting Analyst to join their team and play a key role in turning business data into meaningful insights.

Working with data from a range of systems and business areas, you'll develop, maintain and improve reporting solutions that help teams understand performance, identify trends and make informed decisions.

You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements, translating business needs into clear and effective reports.

To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:
