Job summary

Profectus Recruitment is partnering with an established organisation to strengthen its data and analytics function as an Data Analyst / Analytics Engineer. The role offers hands-on data work, building practical reporting solutions and shaping how data is used across the business.

You will own analytical projects, automate processes where possible and contribute to data quality across multiple datasets while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights for decision

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills and advanced Excel experience.
• Solid Power BI skills, including dashboard development and data modelling.
• Experience analysing complex datasets and delivering regular reporting.
• An interest in automation, process improvement and data quality.
• Exposure to Python, R or AI-driven solutions is a bonus.
• Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to manage your own workload and take ownership of deliverables.
