Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in the United Kingdom is hiring a Replenishment Manager for our New Acton store. This is a permanent, full-time leadership role focused on stock flow from deliveries to the shop floor, ensuring shelves are full and easy to shop.

You will lead and organize your team, plan for changing stock levels, drive availability and productivity, and work across early mornings, days, evenings, and weekends to keep lists on track.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in fast-paced retail, warehouse, or logistics.
• Understanding of stock control, deliveries and replenishment processes.
• Hands-on, roll-your-sleeves-up approach.

Responsibilities

• Own stock replenishment, ensuring shelves are full and ready for customers.
