Job summary

B&M is seeking a Replenishment Manager for our Armley store in Leeds. This permanent, full-time role requires hands-on leadership to own stock flow from deliveries to the shop floor, ensuring shelves are full and easy to shop.

You will lead a team, organise daily tasks, and respond swiftly to changing stock levels while driving store availability and productivity to meet targets. Night shifts and weekends require flexibility.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in fast-paced retail, warehouse or logistics.
• Understanding of stock control, deliveries and replenishment processes.
• Hands-on, roll-your-sleeves-up approach.
• Ability to work at pace and keep the team focused and motivated.
• Confidence to prioritise, problem-solve and make quick decisions.
