We are recruiting for a Replenishment Manager to join our store team in Marshwood Close, Canterbury.

This is a full-time role, and flexibility with your working pattern will be essential.

About the Role

As a Replenishment Manager, you will support the Store Management team to ensure warehouse, stock levels, and stock control are maintained to uphold the highest store standards for our customers.

You will also:

• Train team members and lead the replenishment shift to high standards
• Ensure deliveries are processed efficiently
• Support the delivery of promotional seasonal activities
• Operate and implement processes that ensure legal compliance
• Maintain the store’s presentation, availability, and customer service quality
• Ensure Health and Safety compliance
