Job summary

The Oyster Partnership is seeking a hands-on Repairs & Disrepair Surveyor to manage day-to-day reactive repairs across a housing portfolio. The role involves regular visits to tenants' homes, coordinating with contractors and the in-house legal team on case progression and documentation.

You will draft Scott Schedules, maintain accurate records, and ensure safety and compliance. This field-based position requires strong organisation and clear communication with tenants and contractors on

Qualifications

• Experience managing reactive/day-to-day repairs.
• Experience with disrepair case management.
• Ability to draft Scott Schedules and understand legal repair requirements.
• Confidence engaging with tenants in their homes, including challenging environments.
• Strong organisational and documentation skills.
