A recruitment agency is seeking a Repairs Surveyor to conduct daily surveys on social housing in Cornwall. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in housing maintenance, relevant qualifications in building surveying, and knowledge of current legislation. This contract role pays £27 - £32 per hour and offers flexible working arrangements.
Repairs Surveyor – Cornwall. Contract Role, 8am-5pm, £27 - £32 per hour.

Carry out day to day repair surveys for social housing stock.
Provide technical advice and ensure compliance with building regulations and health & safety requirements.
Build strong working relationships with tenants, contractors, and internal teams.
Write up technical reports, giving recommendations for completing works.
Experience carrying out housing maintenance surveys in a social housing setting.
Relevant qualifications / experience in building surveying.
Knowledge of upcoming legislations surrounding the building surveying industry.
Experience with damp and mould.
Business Mileage.
Flexible/ Agile working available.
Rolling contracts.
