Overview

Repairs Surveyor – Cornwall. Contract Role, 8am-5pm, £27 - £32 per hour.

We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a social housing maintenance company, who are looking for Repairs Surveyors based in Cornwall.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day to day repair surveys for social housing stock.

• Provide technical advice and ensure compliance with building regulations and health & safety requirements.

• Build strong working relationships with tenants, contractors, and internal teams.

• Write up technical reports, giving recommendations for completing works.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications)

• Experience carrying out housing maintenance surveys in a social housing setting.

• Relevant qualifications / experience in building surveying.

• Knowledge of upcoming legislations surrounding the building surveying industry.

• Experience with damp and mould.
