We are now seeking a Repairs Supervisor to oversee and optimize a team of Repairs Engineers, ensuring they deliver repairs to GCH properties in line with our Customer Commitment, performance, quality, and safety standards. You will work in partnership with other supervisors to carry out property inspections, manage the scheduling diary, own complex repair cases, diagnose complex repairs and hazards, and make recommendations for required works, ensuring all GCH properties are safe, warm, and decent.
You will be accountable for Health & Safety for all works undertaken, ensuring safe operations in accordance with all policies and procedures. You will hold regular toolbox talks with engineers and collaborate with other supervisors to deliver service improvements and share best practices.
The Repairs Supervisor will also conduct 1:1s, van, and material audits with repairs engineers, and provide the support needed to help engineers realize their potential in line with company policies.
