Job summary

Home Group is seeking an experienced trades supervisor to lead multi-trade repairs teams and subcontractors across responsive and void properties. You will oversee delivery to a customer-focused standard, while developing your career within a supportive, wellbeing-focused employer.

Requirements include an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, SMSTS, strong housing repairs knowledge, and a full manual driving licence. The role includes an on-call rota with generous pay and excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in construction or equivalent required.
• SMSTS qualification required and experience managing health and safety of direct workforce and contractors.
• Strong knowledge of housing repairs, building regulations and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead trades team to deliver high-quality, right-first-time repairs.
• Ensure works meet standards while managing budget, KPI’s and service standards.
• Turn around void properties quickly and efficiently.
• Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors to deliver on customer promises.
