• Oversee engineering team and extended subcontractor network on existing client projects
• Engage with potential new clients and provide quotes and price estimates
• Target commercial clients (restaurants, pubs, etc.) at facilities and building manager level
• Report to the Managing Director
• Require 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager, Repairs Manager, Contracts Manager, Building Surveyor, Facilities Manager, Building Services Manager, Property Manager, or similar roles
• Location: Manchester area
• Potentially working as a Property Manager for colleges, housing associations, pub/leisure groups, etc.
• Provider of building maintenance and repair services in South Manchester, expanding rapidly
