Job Description:

• Hybrid role, based from South Manchester office
• Oversee engineering team and extended subcontractor network on existing client projects
• Engage with potential new clients and provide quotes and price estimates
• Target commercial clients (restaurants, pubs, etc.) at facilities and building manager levels
• Report to the Managing Director
• Require 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager, Repairs Manager, Contracts Manager, Building Surveyor, Facilities Manager, Building Services Manager, Property Manager, or similar roles
• Based in the Manchester area
• Potentially working as a Property Manager for colleges, housing associations, pubs/leisure groups, etc.
