Qualifications

• Significant experience in managing repair and maintenance across multiple disciplines.
• Strong IT skills, including databases and Microsoft Office.
• Proven project management skills with clear communication.
• Knowledge of statutory and regulatory obligations for servicing programmes.
• Experience in contractor management and ensuring contract adherence.
• Valid driving licence required for travel to multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage repairs and maintenance services within budget and policy constraints.
• Inspect properties and value works to be undertaken.
• Ensure health and safety policies are followed by all team members.
• Manage client relationships and KPI delivery; ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
• Provide relief cover for Head of Delivery and assist in duties.
