Job summary

Northamptonshire Partnership Homes is seeking a Repairs Commercial Manager to lead the commercial, contractual and financial performance of repairs and voids services in the housing sector. You will own budgets, CVRs and cost control while managing contractor payments and risk across the delivery chain.

Qualifications

• Proven commercial management experience in housing repairs or ALMO/Housing Association settings.
• Strong contract management knowledge, including NEC and JCT.
• Solid financial, analytical and negotiation skills; able to challenge constructively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the commercial performance of the repairs service, including budgets, CVRs and cost control.
• Assess and certify contractor payments; manage invoices, final accounts and retention.
• Ensure robust subcontractor and supply chain commercial practices; support procurement on tenders and appointments.
