The Council seeks committed, enthusiastic, and determined individuals to help develop and improve services that respond to changing customer needs and regulatory frameworks.
The successful candidate will support the Operational Delivery Manager in delivering repairs, minor planned works, cyclical work, and managing void properties. This role includes line management of the operational delivery of the direct labour organisation (DLO), ensuring efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction. Managing contractors to ensure value for money and high resident satisfaction is also essential.
