Community Gateway Association is seeking a Repairs Advisor to deliver excellent customer service from our Preston offices. You will triage repair requests, book jobs, and schedule tradespeople for Gateway PropertyCare in a hands-on, in-person role based at Preston Docks.
The role requires strong customer service experience, proficient IT skills, and excellent communication. You will work at our dock-front offices with a focus on service quality and timely responses.
37 hours per week, Monday - Friday, based at our offices on Preston Docks
£27,500.00 per annum
As a Repairs Advisor, you will provide an excellent front-line service to our customers, mainly over the telephone but also via email and face-to-face, when required. You will triage requests for repairs, book in jobs and schedule appointments for our skilled trades people – Gateway PropertyCare. This is an 'in-person' role based at our offices on Preston Docks.
