Job summary

Allied Vehicles in Glasgow is seeking a Rentals Advisor to join the busy Rentals team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the best vehicle solution, handle enquiries, and coordinate deliveries.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm. Salary is £28,000 per annum plus bonus. Prior experience in customer service or rentals is preferred; motor trade knowledge is advantageous but not required.

• Experience in customer service, rental, administrative, or office-based roles.
• Strong communication and listening skills, particularly over the telephone.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Experience within the motor trade is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming enquiries from both retail and corporate customers.
• Understand customer requirements and identify suitable rental vehicle solutions.
• Prepare, provide and follow up on quotations to maximise conversion opportunities.
• Arrange and coordinate vehicle deliveries and collections.
• Support departmental KPIs and contribute to the continued growth of the business.

We are looking for a customer-focused Rentals Advisor to join our busy Rentals team at Allied Vehicles. As a Rentals Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the most suitable vehicle solution for their needs.
