Job summary

Motorclean Ltd is seeking a Driver and Valeter for a busy car rental company in Stevenage. You will clean vehicles inside and out, use a jet washer for exteriors, and ensure a water-free finish on the exterior.

A safety checklist accompanies each delivery or pickup, with customer service as a key element. The role requires a full UK driving license and the legal right to work in the UK, plus 21+ for insurance.

• Experience in valeting and vehicle cleaning to a high standard.
• Must hold a full UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Clean all vehicles inside and out to a high standard.
• Use jet washer to clean vehicle exterior and dry without water marks.
• Vacuum interiors and apply specialised products to maximise appearance.
• Carry out safety checklists and assist with vehicle handovers.

Job description

Driver and Valeter required at a busy car rental company based in Stevenage.

Motorclean provide services to Car dealerships and Rental companies across the UK. The purpose of this role is to ensure that ALL rental vehicles are made clean and safe between customers using them.

Hours:

Monday to Friday between 8am to 6pm .

Saturdays 8am to 1pm.

Pay:

£13.21 per hour

The Role:

• Clean all vehicles inside and out to a high standard
• Use Jet washer to clean vehicle exterior
• Dry vehicle exterior, ensuring water marks are minimal
• Vacuum Vehicle Interior
• Apply specialised chemicals and products to maximise appearance
• Carry out a safety checklist for each vehicle
• Collect and deliver vehicles from customers
• Always be polite and helpful when dealing with customers at pickups
• Work well in a team of valeters to get all vehicles cleaned and delivered.

Requirements:

• Full Driving License
• Must have the Right to work in UK
• Must have Valid Personal UK Bank Account in your own name
• Experience in valeting
• Over 21 years old (insurance requirement)
