Job summary

Motorclean Ltd in Stansted is seeking a Driver and Valeter to clean rental vehicles inside and out, using jet washers and cleaning chemicals to a high standard. You will collect and deliver cars from customers and perform safety checks. A full driving licence, right to work in the UK, and valeting experience are required; you must be over 21 for insurance.

The role includes varied shifts and working outdoors. We offer PPE and workwear, a referral scheme, and 28 paid holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean vehicles inside and out to a high standard.
• Use jet washer for exterior cleaning.

• Carry out safety checklist for each vehicle.
• Collect and deliver vehicles from customers.
• Be polite and helpful to customers at pickups.
• Work well in a team of valeters to clean and deliver vehicles.

Job description

Driver and Valeter required at a busy car rental company based in Stansted.

Motorclean provide services to Car dealerships and Rental companies across the UK. The purpose of this role is to ensure that ALL rental vehicles are made clean and safe between customers using them.

Hours:

Monday to Friday 1.30pm-10pm

& weekends 8am-6pm

Pay: £13.21 per hour

The Role:

• Clean all vehicles inside and out to a high standard
• Use Jet washer to clean vehicle exterior
• Dry vehicle exterior, ensuring water marks are minimal
• Vacuum Vehicle Interior
• Apply specialised chemicals and products to maximise appearance
• Carry out a safety checklist for each vehicle
• Collect and deliver vehicles from customers
• Always be polite and helpful when dealing with customers at pickups
• Work well in a team of valeters to get all vehicles cleaned and delivered.

Requirements:

• Full Driving License
• Must have the Right to work in UK
• Must have Valid Personal UK Bank Account in your own name
• Experience in valeting
• Over 21 years old (insurance requirement)
