Job summary

Motorclean Ltd, based in Uckfield, is seeking a Driver and Valeter to ensure rental vehicles are cleaned and safe between customers. The role involves interior and exterior cleaning, jet washing, detailing, and delivering vehicles within a team.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8am–6pm and Saturdays 8am–1pm, paid at £12.71 per hour. Applicants must have a full driving licence, right to work in the UK, and relevant valeting experience.

Qualifications

• Full driving license is required.
• Right to work in UK.
• Valid UK bank account in your own name.
• Experience in valeting.
• Over 21 years old (insurance requirement).

Responsibilities

• Clean all vehicles inside and out to a high standard.
• Use Jet washer to clean vehicle exterior.
• Dry vehicle exterior, ensuring water marks are minimal.
• Vacuum vehicle interior.
• Apply specialised chemicals and products to maximise appearance.
• Carry out a safety checklist for each vehicle.
• Collect and deliver vehicles from customers.
• Be polite and helpful at pickups.
• Work well in a team of valeters to complete cleaning and deliveries.

Job description

Driver and Valeter required at a busy car rental company based in Uckfield.

Motorclean provide services to Car dealerships and Rental companies across the UK. The purpose of this role is to ensure that ALL rental vehicles are made clean and safe between customers using them.

Hours:

Monday to Friday between 8am to 6pm .

Saturdays 8am to 1pm.

Pay: £12.71 per hour

The Role:

• Clean all vehicles inside and out to a high standard
• Use Jet washer to clean vehicle exterior
• Dry vehicle exterior, ensuring water marks are minimal
• Vacuum Vehicle Interior
• Apply specialised chemicals and products to maximise appearance
• Carry out a safety checklist for each vehicle
• Collect and deliver vehicles from customers
• Always be polite and helpful when dealing with customers at pickups
• Work well in a team of valeters to get all vehicles cleaned and delivered.

Requirements:

• Full Driving License
• Must have the Right to work in UK
• Must have Valid Personal UK Bank Account in your own name
• Experience in valeting
• Over 21 years old (insurance requirement)
