Nottingham City Council is seeking a Rent Operations Manager to lead the Income Team and drive recovery of unpaid rent across the Housing Services. You will develop robust performance standards and ensure customers receive timely support to sustain their tenancies.

Salary: Grade I – starting salary of £47,665 per annum(level 1), rising to £50,908 per annum (level 4)

We will look to you to effectively manage the recovery of unpaid rent and maximise revenue and fund essential services withing Nottingham City Councils’ Housing Services. You will be responsible for the management of the Income Team, including the setting and monitoring of team and individual targets and will lead service delivery; developing robust procedures and performance standards for the service, ensuring customers receive an effective range of appropriate support and assistance in paying their rent, including benefit and debt advice.
