Sage Homes in Northampton is seeking a detail-oriented Rent & Service Charge Analyst to set and manage rents and service charges across our housing portfolio. You will ensure charges are accurate, transparent and compliant while supporting financial sustainability and delivering fair outcomes for residents.

Based in our Northampton office with hybrid working, you’ll work three days in the office and two from home, coordinating budgets, validating costs, and driving improvements in data quality

• Strong knowledge of rent setting and service charge processes within the housing sector.
• Understanding of current legislation, regulation, and best practice.
• Experience of preparing service charge budgets and year-end reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, lookups, data analysis).
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Set up in 2017 and funded by Blackstone and Regis to help address the housing crisis in the UK, Sage Homes has now delivered more than 21,000 homes all of which are affordable. A further 2,500 new homes are in our construction pipeline.

About the role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Rent & Service Charge Analyst to take a key role in setting and managing rents and service charges across our housing portfolio. This position is responsible for ensuring charges are accurate, transparent, and compliant, while supporting the organisation's financial sustainability and delivering fair outcomes for residents. You will assess management company costs, identify additional services where required, and produce clear, accurate service charge budgets that are easy for residents to understand.

The role is based in our Northampton office, with hybrid working, three days per week in the office and two days from home.
