Job summary

Havering Council is seeking a proactive Rent Accounts Officer to join our Income Services team. You will manage housing income, post rental income accurately, and support residents with a fair, efficient rent management experience.

The role involves managing direct debits, assisting residents to move to automated payments, collaborating with Arrears Prevention & Recovery Officers, processing refunds, and contributing to service improvements through data analysis.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a proactive Rent Accounts Officer to join our Income Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in managing housing income, supporting residents, and contributing to the financial wellbeing of our community.
