The Opportunity

This role is part of Adobe’s Enterprise Renewals team, focusing on maintaining and growing our Digital Experience business with enterprise clients in UKI & MEA. You will manage a team of Renewal Sales Specialists, with success measured by quota attainment, revenue growth, and strategic customer wins.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead, manage, and develop your Enterprise Renewals team, including mentoring and training.
  2. Develop strategies to retain customers, improve satisfaction, and identify upsell opportunities.
  3. Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
  4. Hire, empower, and train team members for optimal performance.
  5. Oversee daily activities to meet sales and management objectives.
  6. Maintain operational processes for pipeline and opportunity management.
  7. Provide activity reports, forecasts, and feedback to sales management.
  8. Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams for training and campaigns.
Qualifications
  • Excellent customer-facing, presentation, and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships and grow revenue streams.
  • Proven leadership and people management experience.
  • Experience managing large, complex accounts at senior levels.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10-25% as needed.
