Job summary

Correct Contract Services Ltd. seeks an ASHP / SPV Renewables Supervisor to oversee air source heat pump installations and related maintenance across CCS contracts.

You will supervise engineers and subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with MCS, PAS 2030/2035, and CCS procedures. You will work with Technical Managers and Operations to deliver projects on time, mentor engineers, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining thorough documentation and strong customer

Qualifications

• Must hold Solar PV Installation certificate or equivalent.
• Proven technical competence in ASHP and/or SPV installations.
• MCS-related experience in renewables.
• Experience working on social housing and retrofit contracts.
• Proven supervisory/lead engineer experience.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Good IT literacy, including mobile devices and job management systems.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to pass a DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise SPV and ASHP renewable energy installation works across client properties and major contracts.
• Ensure installations comply with MCS standards, PAS 2030/2035, manufacturer instructions and building regs.
• Support Operations and Technical Managers with day-to-day delivery.
• Coordinate works across heating, electrical, building, fabric, and commissioning trades.
• Carry out site inspections and quality checks on renewables installations.
• Ensure accurate commissioning, handovers, and system documentation.
