Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd in Bristol is seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to focus on the UK renewable energy market. You will learn to headhunt, build client and candidate relationships, and manage hires from brief to offer from day one.

Starting with a £26k basic, expect uncapped commission (OTE £40-48k in year one), award-winning training, a clear promotion path, and a 25-day holiday allowance, with a 4pm finish on Fridays.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to recruiter for your renewables patch with clients and candidates.
• Headhunt engineers and specialists via LinkedIn, phone, email and job boards.
• Manage full process: briefs, shortlisting, interviews, offers, placements.
• Build long-term relationships with hiring managers in renewables.
• Attend client meetings and industry events as confidence grows.
