Bridgewater Resources UK is seeking a Graduate Sales & Business Management Trainee to join its renewables division in Trafford Park, Manchester. You will embark on a structured programme covering sales, product design and manufacturing training while building relationships with B2B customers.

The role offers a starting salary of £31,000, uncapped profit-share bonuses, progression into field sales and leadership, plus a pension and 25 days holiday. A full UK driving licence is required.

• Proactively generate business over the phone and support customers with their requirements.
• Learn how to negotiate, quote and manage projects effectively.
• Progress into a field sales role, managing customer relationships face-to-face and winning new business.
